Our Onboarding Process
INTRODUCTION CALL
Our first step is to set up a call with your team and understand your outsourcing goals. What kind of staff do you need? What is your existing process for staff communication, data, and file-sharing practices? Do you need our help to develop collaboration protocols or do you already have a standard process that you’d like us to follow?
PROJECT SCOPING
After we get a full understanding of how we fit into the big picture, we'll work behind the scenes to evaluate your staffing and infrastructure requirements, as well as determine the correct timeline and fees for our service. We usually request a standard period of up to 2 weeks for candidate recruitment.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Here we set-up a call where we present our digital proposal. This is where we showcase recommendations regarding collaboration protocols, as well as present our contract terms and fees.
PROPOSAL REVIEW
During this stage, your team will review our proposal and suggest improvements or changes, as well as jointly agree on contract terms.
CONTRACT SIGNING
Your first payment is not due until 30 days after your staff starts with C9 Staff. Once our contract is electronically signed, we will begin the recruitment and staff launch phase.
RECRUITMENT & STAFF LAUNCH
We launch! C9 Staff's upper management will carefully review and ensure your campaign is successful. This is also the stage where we finalize communication protocols and how escalations will be handled.
MONTHLY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Your account strategist will monitor your staff carefully as they launch inside your brand. You'll be in direct communication with your hired staff and your account strategist will always be available in case there are issues. We'll also provide you time-tracking and productivity reports, if requested, and be able to replace non-performers at your request.
